User Interaction and Research

As a User Interaction specialist, my primary focus is empathy with the end users of the products and services we design here at ECCO. Sometimes I'll take a hundred pictures as I unpack a product in order to discover a snag or an unseen opportunity. Other times I'll put on my Information Architect hat and organize programs and information flows to better match user expectations and desires.

I spent four years studying to be physicist and several years managing a Biology Lab, so when I got my Masters in Industrial Design, the analytical and creative came together for me in a big way.

In my free time I like walk my dog, tease my cat, or fold some modular origami. I use a kick scooter of my own design and I love it!
