Geek Squad 24 Hour Computer Support Task Force recently partnered with Best Buy to expand the brand by rolling out a line of computer peripheral products. ECCO’s role was to capture the unique Geek Squad brand image and physicalize it through the packaging and product design. The line of over 20 cables, power supplies, and flash drives, sold under the Geek Squad name, is based on the same quirky know-how as the popular on-call IT service. The products increase service quality of the brand, as well as extend the brand messaging.
